Perch & PlumeDelivery and returns for wild bird feeders
Check the delivered items
Unpack hanging hardware carefully and check the feeder body before filling it. Keep food bags sealed and dry; report damaged packaging before using the contents.
Delivery amount
The displayed carriage is $5.95 for a feeder-and-food amount under $100, measured before a welcome reduction. At or above that goods threshold, standard carriage is included. The final basket itemises it.
If something is wrong
Questions reach support@perchandplume.shop. Mention the feeder style and any refill bag concerned. For a damaged station, its order reference and a description of the affected part are more helpful than a general bird photograph.
